This will be for Items you are Verified on, or Items that the Creditor Believes is Opened By You, we can help Guide you on How to Settle Certain Items, and we can also Assist in Doing Settlement on Certain Items for you. We need to send a Power of Attorney for the Items you would like us to try to settle on your behalf.

Litigation:

This can be used for Violations in the FCRA for 3rd Party Collections & Original Creditors (Charged-Off Items), as well as Identity Theft Items. For Identity Theft, creditors and bureaus majority of the time require a Police/Incident Report for actual ID Theft Items.

Client Responsibilities:
